What happens after you call or write

This is the order we work in, from your first call to the day our crew leaves, whatever insulation job you're calling about. Knowing it up front means the visit and the estimate hold no surprises.

   Call or send the form

   Call (919) 246-8605 or send the form with a few words about the problem, like cold floors or the room over the garage. We get back to you within one business day to set up a time for me to come out.

   I look and write the estimate

   I come out myself and look at the attic, walls or crawl space with you, then explain what I see and what I'd do first. You get a free written estimate with no obligation, and I walk you through each line.

   Our crew does the work

   Before we start, we check with the permit office that covers your address, and where a permit is needed we handle the paperwork and meet the inspector. Then our trained installers do the job the way we planned it, with a crew lead on site.

   See what we did

   Before we leave, we show you what we did and why we did it in that order, so you understand your own house. If a question comes up later, call and ask, and I'm glad to explain it again.
